Returns

We’re sorry to hear that the Bold Banana bag didn’t meet your expectations!
Returning it is simple:

• Within the Benelux: Returns are free of charge. Attach the provided return label securely to the box and drop off your package at a DHL point.
• Outside the Benelux: You’ll need to arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself via a parcel shop of your choice. Please send the package to:
  Bold Banana, Ekkersrijt 1113, 5692 AD Son, the Netherlands

Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible (within 14 days), including any original shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your order.

Make sure to return the complete item unused and undamaged (including labels with barcodes).
