warranty
We care about our products and are committed to delivering the best possible quality. If we overlook a defect, you can claim warranty. If the defect is within the warranty, we’ll replace or repair it for free. You can report defects up to two months after discovering them.

complaints
Sometimes things don’t entirely go according to plan. If that happens, you can send a complaint to hello@bold-banana.com and we’ll get you sorted. If we can’t come to a solution, it’s possible to sign up for dispute mediation by WebwinkelKeur / ValuedShops via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From February 15, 2016, EU consumers can submit complaints using the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been submitted elsewhere, you can file it using the EU platform.

colors
We can’t guarantee the colors on the website correspond exactly to the actual colors of the products. That’s because the color rendering on your screen can vary and depends on the settings of your computer. We’re not responsible for any differences in color between your screen and the bag in real life. Of course, you can always return or exchange the bag for free.

fuzzing
The back side of the shoulder straps is made of felt. Felt tends to fuzz or pill with intensive use. The fuzz can be shaved off easily with scissors or a razor. Never pull the fuzz off, this only increases fuzzing.

leather straps
Some straps are of genuine leather. To protect the leather, it is good to treat it regularly with a spray so that the top layer becomes water, grease and dirt repellent. Then use a soft brush to clean the straps. Leather is a natural product so that sometimes imperfections can be visible.
