Waranty & complaints

We care about our products and are committed to delivering the best possible quality.
The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. We have a 2 year warranty. If we overlook a defect, you can claim warranty. If the defect is within the warranty, we’ll replace or repair it for free. You can report defects up to two months after discovering them.

Sometimes things don’t entirely go according to plan. If that happens, you can send a complaint to hello@bold-banana.com and we’ll get you sorted. If we can’t come to a solution, it’s possible to sign up for dispute mediation by WebwinkelKeur / ValuedShops via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From February 15, 2016, EU consumers can submit complaints using the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been submitted elsewhere, you can file it using the EU platform.

We can’t guarantee the colors on the website correspond exactly to the actual colors of the products. That’s because the color rendering on your screen can vary and depends on the settings of your computer. We’re not responsible for any differences in color between your screen and the bag in real life. Of course, you can always return or exchange the bag for free.
